ARTEVO
premium windows perfectly developed
Stylish. Powerful. Perfect.
Windows reinvented. For today's life.
When materials have to meet the highest requirements for stability and performance, fibre-reinforced composites are always used. RAU-FIPRO X also combines the top properties of plastic and glass fibre to create a unique material. The integration of the fibre composite material in the entire cross-section of the ARTEVO window profiles ensures a completely even and reliable load transfer.
Reinforced zones in the outer walls of the window sashes provide additional stability and torsional rigidity.
The majority of ARTEVO’s elements do not require steel reinforcement, meaning that there is no risk of thermal bridges which lead to heat loss. By avoiding use of steel, ARTEVO profiles achieve Uf values of up to 0.97 W/(m²K). Large glass surfaces are also suitable for generating solar energy.
ARTEVO max offers additional, innovative REHAU LowE profile technology. By using LowE film in the frame and sash, Uf values as low as 0.79 W/(m²K) can be achieved. In combination with triple glazing, they achieve amazing Uw values as low as 0.61 W/(m²K) and enable energy savings of up to 78%.*
ARTEVO max window profiles are certified by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt and easily meet the strict requirements of the Swiss Minergie-P certification.
* Reduction in energy loss associated with replacing old wooden/plastic windows built in the 1980s (Uf = 1.9; Ug = 3.0) with windows with ARTEVO profiles (Uf = 0.79; Ug = 0.4), window size 123 x 148 cm.
Clear, angular contours ensure unbeatable aesthetics. Extra-narrow profiles and the slim middle section make the glass surfaces even larger, giving rise to new architectural options with a maximum of natural light.
Flush-mounted sash
Aesthetic and simple: flush window sashes are making a comeback and they create a sense of coherence.
Slim design sash
The ultra-slim designer sash stands out with its delicate look and lets even more light in.
A flawless aluminium experience
ARTEVO allows windows to be made in sizes previously only available in aluminium. The windows also impress with their high-quality aluminium look when combined with the KALEIDO COVER facing panels.
Demand for larger windows has never been so high. ARTEVO redefines the limits of what is possible in terms of size and allows for a completely new sense of living with rooms flooded with light.
Honoured by experts Even design and architecture experts are impressed by the extremely minimalist, contemporary design.
The 'best of best' award at the ICONIC AWARDS confirms ARTEVO as a pioneering, sustainable architectural solution. The 'Winner' title of the German Design Award also emphasises ARTEVO's outstanding design quality.
When you want to mix things up
Want to combine different looks inside and outside? No problem!
The finishing touch
Coloured base profiles give windows a consistently high-quality look, even when they’re open. Available in anthracite, brown or white.
Barrier-free access without trip hazards
In fact, it’s not fair to call it a "sill", because thanks to its 0 mm installation height, the RAUCERO* threshold offers floor-level access without tripping hazards. The clever bridging seal prevents marks on the floor and the threshold. Cleaning is also child’s play thanks to the removable stainless steel grate.
Keep intruders at bay
ARTEVO windows achieve resistance class RC 2 with ease, even without steel reinforcements. The requirements of resistance class RC 3 can also be fulfilled with appropriate additional measures.* Standard windows have low burglary protection and can therefore be broken into quickly. Windows with resistance class RC 2 or RC 3, on the other hand, take significantly longer and, above all, require heavy tools to be breached.
Easy to maintain
The high quality HDF (High Definition Finishing) PVCu surface sits on top of the glass fibre-reinforced RAU-FIPRO X structure. It is extremely smooth, dirt-resistant and easy to clean, as well as being highly resistant to weathering.
Enjoy your home again
External environmental noise can be linked to poor health. ARTEVO windows can help improve your quality of life. Why? Because they reduce noise by up to 48 decibels. This corresponds to an almost 97% reduction in the noise heard by the human ear.
Made for everyday use
Another benefit is that there is no need for steel reinforcements for the majority of ARTEVO elements. Their low weight makes handling them easier, even for large sashes. In addition, the sophisticated sealing geometry reduces the closing pressure and ensures feather-light opening and closing.
ARTEVO has been awarded with the EcoPuls label and is part of the REHAU circular economy. With a recycled content of up to 78%, the system makes an active contribution to a more sustainable future.
REHAU has been working continuously for more than 30 years to increase the proportion of recycled plastic in our window systems. Innovations, such as REHAU Window.ID, help us identify valuable materials and reuse them as raw materials of the future.
Recycled materials in the ARTEVO profile core and in the glazing beads.
Millions of old PVC windows are a valuable resource for making new windows. The REHAU Window.ID, the digital window tag, makes it obvious where the raw materials of the future are fitted. This makes it easier for materials to be returned into the recycling loop later on.
REHAU’s premium quality always guarantees the longest possible lifespan for our windows which, thanks to their high energy efficiency, also contribute significantly to the preservation of resources.
ARTEVO max is the version that uses innovative REHAU LowE profile technology e.g. for windows with passive house certification. Passive-house-certified PVC windows usually require additional additional thermal inserts made of PU or PS foam. This has to be treated separately in the recycling process, which is very expensive. The LowE film, on the other hand, can easily be included in the normal recycling process.

Maximum thermal insulation, maximum recycling

When it comes to closed-loop recycling, REHAU EcoPuls window profile systems are unique in the window industry. The result: an annual CO₂ saving of up to 100,000 t – comparable to the binding capacity of approximately 8 million trees, which would cover an area the size of around 141,000 football pitches.
All of REHAU’s European plants have been certified by the independent VinylPlus product label as a result of their sustainable production processes.
As an industry expert, DEKURA, a REHAU subsidiary, collects and processes around 40,000 t of waste material every year. To ensure efficient waste material recovery, we have established a pan-European collection network of around 2,000 partners.
The unique REHAU coextrusion process enables the production of window and accessory profiles made of recycled material on the inside. Over 60% of REHAU's production tonnage already has up to 80% recycled content.
Complete old windows are separated into different materials (e.g. plastic, glass and metal) and then recycled. Most crucial for us are the PVC parts which come primarily from the old window profiles. which are processed into high-quality recycled granules. This saves up to 88% of CO₂ emissions compared to the production of new PVC.
Sustainability redefined
For more than three decades, REHAU has been committed to the goal of a genuine circular economy. Here is the next step: the use of sustainable polymer. The ARTEVO profile core consists of fibre-reinforced, recycled PVC surrounded by a thin layer of fresh material. In ARTEVO TERRA, the PVC traditionally produced from fossil raw materials in the coating layer is replaced by bio-attributed PVC, whose polymer matrix is made from 100% plant-based raw materials. This reduces the product's carbon footprint by around 90%.
Certified quality
REHAU uses bio-attributed PVC for ARTEVO. This is certified in accordance with the ISCC PLUS standard and is based on a mass balance process. Bio-based ethylene from sustainable, fossil-free biomass, which does not compete with food production, is used for manufacturing.
Uncompromising performance
ARTEVO TERRA is available as a low-carbon version for all window and door profiles from our premium ARTEVO window system. ARTEVO TERRA profiles boast the same 360° performance as ARTEVO: identical product quality, the same technical values, maximum strength and stability, as well as outstanding design. They also remain fully recyclable, just like the standard PVC design.
Privacy at the touch of a button
At the touch of a button, REHAU Smart Privacy transforms the living space into a private oasis of well-being with switchable glass in a simple frosted look which still allows light to flood in. The smart privacy function lets you choose between enjoying the view outside and keeping your privacy.
Preventive protection against break-ins
REHAU Smart Guard detects intruders and actively deters them before any damage can occur. In the event of an emergency, the main alarm is triggered wirelessly. You also have the option to integrate this into smart home systems, such as Mediola. You can then conveniently control everything via the associated app.
Elegant and secure
The simple look of the LINEA range of handles harmonises perfectly with the straight contours of ARTEVO windows. A patented locking mechanism provides additional safety, making it harder for intruders to push it open from outside.
