REHAU’s uPVC windows and doors are engineered to last many years. They are designed for the African continent using a special uPVC recipe to ensure that they are UV stable and durable for African weather conditions.

The main difference between PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and uPVC (Unplasticised polyvinyl chloride) is that PVC is flexible and contains plasticisers while uPVC is rigid and does not contain plasticisers. 

uPVC can be recycled multiple times without losing quality. REHAU has a strict regrinding process- all waste uPVC is collected from our fabricators and reground. The reground is used to manufacture a few products. This way we recycle about 8tonnes of material each month.

Our ECOTEC and PURELINE uPVC windows and doors are manufactured from high quality uPVC. Engineered for durability, they will not warp or rot. Neither will they need to be sanded, painted or varnished. Just wipe the dust off occasionally, clean with soap twice a year and oil the hardware once a year. Our windows retain their good looks for many years.
