REHAU Celebrates Five Team Member Nominations at Upcoming 2025 National Fenestration Awards

REHAU UK is proud to announce that five of its team members have been shortlisted for the prestigious 2025 National Fenestration Awards (NFAs), recognising their outstanding contributions across business development, customer service, technical innovation, social networking, and leadership.

The nominations reflect REHAU’s ongoing focus on developing its people and supporting their professional growth. This approach remains central to the company’s operations and is evident in the recognition its team members have received. 

Eirini Charalambous, Customer Brand Host at REHAU UK, has been nominated for Customer Service Person of the Year. Based at the REHAU hub in the Building Centre in London, Eirini is known for her excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eirini plays a vital role in ensuring every customer interaction reflects REHAU’s high standards.  

Samsara McDonald, Commercial Sales Manager at REHAU UK, is a finalist in the Business Development Manager of the Year category. A skilled negotiator with a demonstrated history of working in the fenestration and construction industry, Samsara has been instrumental in expanding REHAU’s market presence in Scotland.  

George Ware, Technical Engineer at REHAU UK, has been shortlisted for Young Person of the Year. George’s nomination is a testament to his technical expertise, innovative mindset, and commitment to continuous learning across several disciplines, including 3D printing, rapid prototyping and computer-aided product design. 

Natalie Rogers, Digital Marketing Manager at REHAU UK, has been nominated for Social Networker of the Year. Natalie’s keen eye for digital trends and a passion for authentic engagement has helped the company foster strong brand visibility, making her a standout in the fenestration industry’s social media landscape. 

Martin Hitchin, Chief Executive of REHAU UK and President of the British Plastics Federation, is a finalist for Managing Director of the Year. With over 30 years at the company, his strategic leadership has been pivotal to shaping REHAU’s culture and long-term focus on innovation and talent development. 

These nominations reinforce REHAU’s commitment to its people, recently recognised with a place among the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2025 by Great Place To Work®, ranking the company in the top 100 employers nationwide.
