An accurate assessment
We do everything we can to make the switching process as quick and simple as possible. But it’s important to know that operations will be halted while changes are made to accommodate your new REHAU profiles.
We know this is where time really does mean money, and it’s important to eliminate problems before they cause delays.
It’s for this reason we undertake a thorough assessment of your current set-up to understand what needs swapping and what’s good to stay. We do this to keep the move progressing smoothly, but also to get it right first time.
So, what does this assessment look like in practice?
First, we’ll send our expert field engineers to your site to understand what tooling changes are required. They will then determine whether your current software needs changing. If it does, we will reimburse you to cover any additional programming costs.
Our detailed timelines mean you know exactly when each stage of the process is due and, most importantly, when you can expect operations to be back to normal.
Secondly, we will calculate the cost of a full stock cleanse as part of our assessment and provide you with a total figure. We are also happy to sort out the recycling of your existing stock via PVCR which you will be credited for. However, we do not provide funding for legacy stock.
Finally, after working out exactly what your business will need to switch over to REHAU profiles, we will provide you with a full price list so there are no surprises. You’ll always know what we are funding upfront and what you will be expected to purchase.
